No limit. I currently have a little over 2 years sick and annual leave built up.

I only get sick leave; no vacation. It all rolls over, but you don't get paid for it if you leave. I've got like 2,000 hours so, for me, it works as a short-term disability plan.

Can keep up to ~180 vacation at any one time.
Sick is unlimited.

At 15 it maxes out at something like 7.3 or 7.7. It's one of the few perks that helps balance out our shite pay versus the private sector.

Absolutely!! This is the end of our first full year of “Unlimited”. Previously I had about 30 days of PTO not incl sick, major holidays, and a few flex days. I haven’t used all my days in years. I never had to use PTO for doctor visits, school holidays, etc either. We didn’t have rollover but it never really mattered. I effectively had Unlimited.
“Unlimited” as a policy feels more restrictive. It turns a PTO from something that was mine to something that’s subjective.

All PTO rolls over to sick pay at years end. At retirement, any leftover sick pay is payed out at some ridiculous discounted rate. It's really not as bad as I'am making it sound.
