Once I found $20 on the ground while leaving the store. This must be my lucky day! So I go home and find a nail in my tire. $25 to fix. So it must be Karma!

I think it's fine to keep it.
But I tend to give found money away. It's not really out of charity, it's out of laziness because I don't want to track down the actual owner.
