I used to work with a very strict Catholic baw that had 10 kids at like 45. He was already a grandfather. His wife drove one of those extended vans.

My understanding it is a 2020 tax credit being paid forward. When you file in 2020 you’ll get the money then if you file 2019 not as a dependent.

The easy answer is get your 2019 taxes done kid.
