I sleep from about 11PM - 2:30 AM and then I am up. Every.fricking.Day. Although I don't feel exhausted. Work is insane right now, so I think I am running on caffeine and adrenaline. Like someone else said, I don't even know what day of the week it is. Going in to the office this morning to regroup.

I hope I'm not the only one that's been having this problem. I've never been in a situation like this where I don't have anything that I need to do as far as work goes but I'm trying to get work done around the house and it's really been screwing with me. Rather than get alot of good sleep I just toss and turn for several hours then slog through daylight not wanting to do anything. Then all of a sudden my body is so tired that I'll wake up at 4:30 in the afternoon and I feel like shite cause I didn't get anything done and my time is even more screwed up.

I've been trying my best to get 7-8 hours/night and was doing fairly well until recently. The last few nights, I haven't been able to get to bed til 3 AM or later.

Hopefully, I can get back on track in the next day or two.

Only thing it’s messed up for me is my eating habits. But all in all it hasn’t been so bad, work from home, run a lot, do some yoga, body weight workouts, etc.

But the best part of this whole thing is being able to spend more time with my son everyday.

I don't sleep well to start with, so the quarantine isn't a factor.

I’m getting phone calls from work each morning at 5-5:30 am. My work is essential and everyone thinks the smallest problems are urgent early in the morning

The jealousy of seeing everyone sleeping when I leave for work in the morning keeps me up at night.
