How much do you pay to have your business cleaned?

The building I'm looking to lease has 4 offices, two bathrooms and a break room total of 1500 sq ft. It also has a shop, but that will be cleaned by employees at the end of the day.
Any advice what I should pay for an initial deep clean and then weekly in the office spaces? One of the bathrooms is disgusting and I will have 10 employees having grime on them.
I was figuring $400 for the deep clean and then $200/week for keep up. Sound fair? Too much?

I just tell my boys to pick up after themselves, if you got time to lean you got time to clean

Should be cheaper in a few weeks. 15,000 house cleaners caravaning up here as we speak.

Especially for the deep clean. If you have carpet anywhere that'll cost youba couple hundred bucks by itself to be steamed, shampoo, etc. If the entire 1500 sq ft is carpet that'd probably be somewhere in the $400-500 range I'd guess

Carpet is good. I have a steamer at home I could do every 30 days and save myself some money.
Basically Once a Week I'd want
Carpets Vacuumed
All office furniture dusted
Bathrooms cleaned - One office, One shop bathroom
Floors mopped
Trash taken out
Fresh smell & tidy
Deep clean is just to start fresh and like I said, it's pretty grimey in the shop bathroom.
Also, I will be supplying or reimbursing the person for supplies. Whatever works best for the person I hire.

$200 a week so approx $850 a month -- is too much for 1500 sq ft.
Even at 5 days a week cleaning - you're paying close to $40 an hour here for cleaning....... I wouldn't pay this. But what do I know, my fricking tax attorney charges me $250 an hour.....
$400 for the deep clean is expensive, but not outlandish.
Lupe better have you eating off of some spotless floors for these prices.

$200 sounds plenty reasonable then if you are going to pick up the supplies.

Yeah it seems like a lot but Google did say 30-50/hr.
I also don't want someone to come in and waive a feather, I want it done properly consistently.
I mean ppl pay $100/week for small houses in my area - from what I've seen on local FB. So figured a business would be expected to pay more lol.
Just a newb looking for advice. I also know the OT is ballers with maids, so looking for comparison.

I Don’t pay anyone to clean my business. I play my accountant to clean my money and I pay a cleaning company to clean my office building. But I don’t pay anyone to clean my business I clean my own business

just call janiking, get a quote and then divide that in half.
In all seriousness, if you only have 10 employees, I would think you could get away with a MWF clean and just take the trash out of the lunch room yourself on T and Th.
Cleaning is a hard job. It is very underappreciated and any mistakes are very noticeable.
But that does not mean it is an expensive service. Sucks for the cleaners, but competition is high. Get at least 3 different quotes and demand references.

You can buy a pretty nice Roomba for $300-$500 that vacuums and mops. You can also tell your employees to empty their own trash. You would save some money only paying the service to dust, clean the windows, and clean the restrooms.
