One spray on wrist, dab that on other wrist, chest, and on neck. If the weather is colder I might spray both wrist. That's enough for people to smell you when you're close to them but not overpowering

I use a small amount (nickel sized) of Bay Rum after shaving. Obviously, I apply it only to my face and neck.

I put my hand back away from me and spray sort of to my left side so that half the spray gets on me.. I don't like to overdue it.
