Dance recitals are one of the reasons I love working at a plant. The ol lady tries to get me to go to that shite for the kid I say I’m on a turnaround and can’t go

The last one I had to attend was three or 4 years ago. Half the people there would get up and leave after their kids' performances. Really pissed me off people dragging arse out during other kids' numbers. Incredibly rude.

I agree. I respect others enough to sit through their daughters performance, they’d best sit for my daughter. Now, if between groups they want to leave so be it.

For Father’s Day! Those bastards. I had one go over 4 1/2 hours once. (Most of us swear it was 5 or 6 hours but it just seemed liked it )
I remember during an intermission a bunch of dads going outside to just see if was still daylight and trying to figure out if there was a way to escape.....

It will seem like 6 or 7 hours. Bring your phone, portable charger and use ear plug or Something to listen to podcast if u can get away it. My back hurts just thinking about it, sitting in those crap chairs all day
