I used to hit snooze 3-4 times. I changed it to 3 alarms 15 mins apart. The 15 min intervals of sleep are so much more satisfying than the 9-10 min from a snooze.

Two times.
Usually alarm is set for 5:15 and I'm out the door at 5:30. It does not take me long to shower and get ready.

Zero. I like to get it over with plus the thought of that first cup of coffee drives me toward the kitchen. My German Sheader herds me thru the living room.

None, alarm goes off feet hit the floor, I never understand how somebody can just go back to sleep multiple times. Get your lazy arse up and get to work. Off your arse and on your feet you don't have time to beat your meat.
Is this some kind of military thing?

Set my alarm for 5:30 and usually out of bed by 6:00 which is actually the time I should be arriving at work.

Even an idiot like Forrest Gump doesn't need an alarm clock with a snooze setting.

Normally my dog jumps on me then nudges me with his head starting about half an hour before my alarm goes off, so I don't get the option of a snooze button.

Lol I'm glad I don't have to use an alarm anymore
