a guy i know from high school is on there. i feel terrible for him. he was 18 in high school and going out with a 16 year old and they broke up or some shite and the parents hated him so they decided to frick his life up.

I'm no authority, but I don't think that it's necessarily rape. I think that if a guy was to grab a woman's arse or some other type of groping then that could be sexual battery. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Based upon these numbers it appears not so bad but then when I think about the fact that less than 900 people live in my town then that means 1 in 35 people are sex offenders.

Crimes Against Nature was basically used for cases involving sodomy. Usually an undercover officer solicited by a prostitute for anal sex. In the past year, laws have been passed that make sex offender registration for Crimes Against Nature no longer a requirement and most of those convicted of that in the past have filed motions to have their registration waived
