My gf (no pics) is 1/2 Chitimacha. Like you said, they DO reimburse her for college tuition as long as she volunteers a certain amount on the reservation. They even cut her a check every year from the revenue of the casino. She thanks all you baws and coonasses out there chasing that big win. Just one more spin, it's going to hit!
