I'm not clingy. I don't understand these dudes that think they need to clean the house or kiss arse to get away by for the weekend.
I just say next week I am going fishing or duck hunting, babe.
This works for me.

Are you obsessed with working "ace the house" into every thread? That will never be part of the English lexicon. Quit trying.

It's when you clean the frick out of the house and ask your wife if there's anything else she wants done. It makes it easier when you beg for her permission to do stuff, like a boss.

What alpha male "aces the house"? Seriously.

<---------------------Aces the house every Friday from 3:30-5pm before she gets home. And has dinner ready. Like a mutha frickin boss, son

Dude, when she lets you go to the bar on a weekday night cause the house is fricking spotless, it doesn't get more alpha than that.

The only thing more alpha than that is coming back home from the bar to the smell of white beans in the crock pot you set up and prepared at 1:30 pm earlier that afternoon and knowing there's leftover rice from when they all had dinner while you were slamming Moscow Mules with the boys.

Since our group of 6 is scattered over three states, we plan a long weekend every year and have for the past 19 years - it's become tradition. We change the locale from time to time but have spent a good many of them in the Texas Hill Country along Canyon Lake or the Guadalupe.

I saw a movie that was all about man weekends on Brokeback Mountain. It is a heartfelt tale of bromance.
