Maybe the idea that people on the right don’t follow lockstep in every issue confuses you.

Except when it comes to supporting Trump. You guys blindly support him no matter what he says or does and give him a pass on everything.

I'm not anti-EV. I think the tech is cool and if you want one go buy one but I don't have any desire to own one myself at this time.

What I don't want is the government limiting consumer choices on which vehicle they can purchase which is probably where this will end up

Agree and also shutting down the smug idiots that think it is really making an environmental impact to own one. Like, where does electrify come from?

You got to feel sorry for a guy who thinks "THE right" is some sort of monolithic organization, and that he's scoring points on "THE right" by posting juvenile non-sequiturs to a handful of message board posters living between Houma and Houston.

There you go again, we support him because we like some of the things he has said or done. I probably only like or agree with Trump maybe 50% of the time, but that’s 50% more than I side with the current brain dead fossil occupying the Oval Office.

You can get a Tesla much quicker but yes demand is high.

Yep, this is why I'm about to sell my 3 year old Tesla and can still get over purchase price for it.

So a Tesla is one of the best options you can go with based on those parameters.

Teslas are cool but still a while before they are a practical primary vehicle for most families.
Most families have 2 cars and are mostly commuters for at least 1 of the cars. It would be very practical for most families. But not all.

I was always going to get the truck, put some huge nuts on it, put a couple tigerdroppings.com stickers, a few stickers on the back (like MILF HUNTER) and ride around blaring music from an exterior sound system.

No, I still don't want an EV for purely practical reasons.

In the current market many popular vehicles less than 3-4 years old especially trucks and SUVs will sell for more than the original selling price
