How many O-T bad-assess carry holstered attack dogs?

I have seen them strapped to the front of a soldier when he is jumping under parachute. Not sure what is happening there but that looks like the same Chinese that had the fighting squad on Segways. So who the hell knows what they are thinking?
ETA. I said Chinese because of the uniform color. Now thinking those are Israelis based on the equipment. Not sure why you would carry a dog that can run faster and more efficiently than you can.
