Pulled a guy out of big lake a few years ago who fell out of his boat and got his hand pretty much cut off.

The second the doc just laughed. "You thumped her!!?" I told the doc the cart was across the room and didnt have pads. You are correct, it was temporary.

The first guy though was in need of a pacemaker. He had a strong heart muscle. It was actually like a TV show. Went from a full arrest bag and compressions to clawing the bag off of his face asking "WTF is going on?".

That was early in my career too. Guess thats why I am always looking to hit somebody.

I don't know if this counts or not. I always see Prius drivers doing 65 in the hammer lane. They are weaving because they are texting. I fully realize they need to be killed before they can hurt somebody else.

I always let them live. Is that a life saved?

Your schtick has gotten really bad lately. I used to really enjoy your basement-dwelling nerd persona, but it seems you've dropped that completely and turned into a normal poster. Your new laziness disgusts me

If you ask the Prius drivers, you just saved 7.6 billion lives by letting them continue to drive their special low pollution car

I have helped save hundreds, both the good guys and the bad guys. I have a blood banking work history.

Too many to count. A lot of people would have died of alcohol poisoning if I hadn't consumed it for them.

emergency services

Same, but not for 28 years, only about 6. We cut a lot of critical condition patients out of MVA's, but I never had to rescue someone from a fire.
There was a woman trapped in her car on its side in a ditch full of water. I had to climb up and into the car to help her out.

Do we count saving dumbass drivers from their own mistakes?

If so, the number is too high.
