Because of the first incident, he was there this one time (our first time back on the hwy) to monitor any vehicles that didn't stop while the bus made its stops.

ETA: I'm off to bed, I'll answer an questions in the morning.

Driver: 1 my fault when I was 18, bumped into a car at a light. My car was fine but I cracked the others bumper. I paid him off on the spot

2 not my fault

Passenger: 3. 1 was kinda high speed and the other 2 were just awkward fender benders.

At least 6. One involved a deer and another a moose. Others involved other vehicles

Four. None of them were my fault. The only one that happened while I was the driver, I was sideswiped by a guy that had crack on him and was drinking beer out of a damn gallon milk jug. I broke my back, ankle, finger, and three ribs when my designated driver fell asleep at the wheel and hit one of the ten trees in southern AZ. The last two were also as a passenger.

2.

The first I was sitting at a red light and the next thing I know BAM! Some woman plowed into the back of me.

The second, I was on Prytania stopped at Louisiana driving Uptown. I had two or three cars sitting at the red line it in front of me. The first turned right (towards Fresh Market), the second proceeded forward (towards the Hospial) and as I'm proceeding forward, BAM! Some Jeep Commander is flying down Louisiana (going towards St. Charles) and smashes into me. This was around 10:00 AM. The driver wasn't drunk nor was he in an emergency. I was so pissed at him and told him two or three cars passed in front of me (to give him an idea just as how late he ran the red light).

6 total. Only 1 my fault. All "minor" fender benders except one. Broke my jaw in one that wasn't my fault and that I don't consider minir. One of the "minor" fender benders (the only one my fault) caused my airbags to deploy. Ambulance came since I had a bloody nose from the airbags. They were shocked that the accident would trigger the airbags since there was just bumper damage. I would not have hit the steering wheel and would have not gotten the bloody nose if not for it going off. But at least I now know what am airbag is like.

Somehow didn't get a ticket in the only one that was my fault. Officer with jurisdiction wasn't available.

Most were under 1k in body work. The airbags in the one were very expensive and basically totalled my cheap high school car. The accident where I broke my jaw took me having to getc a lawyer, so it was way more expensive than it ever needed to be (insurance company should have just tried to work with me the first time).

The lawyer didn't take the case on a contingency fee?? He insurance company would have definitely low balled you and screwed you. That's pretty much their job....

Lawyer took 33% and jacked the case up in order to make his. I wasn't looking to win the lottery. Insurance adjuster was literally nit picking telling me that certain scars on my face weren't noticeable (I still have a beard because of it), and that other injuries weren't that bad. And although every doctor told me a broken jaw could be horrible throughout your life, the adjuster knew more than them and said it wasn't worth the same as other broken jaw cases. Just an a-hole (even my lawyer said he'd never worked with someone that bad). Ultimately the insurance had to pay more than double what we requested to cover future surgeries my doctors said I'd likely need in my life. If that's an adjusters job, then it's a pretty bad game plan. I told him exactly what I wanted or I'd get an attorney. He called my "bluff" and got fricked.

1.) My mom just got a brand new car 3 days prior, someone slammed into the back of us and totaled it. I was like 6 or 7 years old, no injuries.

2.) Freshmen year of hs riding home from school with a Junior who just got her license. We crested over this overpass ramp and there was a row of cars stopped and we slammed into the back of them. I wasn't wearing a seat belt and broke my collarbone

3,4,5.) My current truck got rearended 3 times in 2 months. No injuries and every single time I was completely stopped sitting at a red light and someone hit the back of me not paying attention.

6.) On my motorcycle about 55 mph, i had a green light and an old man blew through a red light at a 4 way light and slammed into me. 3 days in hospital. Broken left hand, left arm, collarbone, left foot, and I was shitting blood while there so yay me got a camera up my arse in the midst of all that. Amazingly the bike only bent the handlebars very slightly. My leg took all the force lmao
