Got 42 employees in a manufacturing business. My brother runs our production and I run sales/marketing/design/project management. The hardest part is keeping my mouth shut when I see issues with my brothers department. It’s our family business and just like the other owners here, there’s Days I love it and days I don’t.

I've owned my own business since 2004 but I'm the only full time employee. My boss is a complete dick. But he pays me well

I’ve owned an insurance brokerage/agency for 3 years. Three full time agents, and hiring two more in 2019.
I plan on continuing to work 70 hours a week for five years until I’m 40, then paying someone six figures to run it for me, so they can deal with the multitude of headaches.

This is me, I moved to an independent sales rep, working from home, in the Military industry 11 years ago and it has been the best move of my career!! I make my on hours and work from where ever my wife and I travel too. I have a great relationship with the owner of the company that I rep for and have no worries with them ending the relationship. I worked in-house for them for 4 years before I moved to independent.
