I don't know. I didn't drink before I tried one of them. They single handily got me started drinking beer.

The number of drinks I have during the week is directly related to how long and shitty my day was. No less than 1 and no more than 4 usually.
Now weekends? I'm cracking a bud light open at 9am after cutting the grass. Hitting the whiskey by 3pm.
Sundays are for Jesus and liver recuperation.

I probably drink too many, so I started brewing beers that are 3.5%-4%. I still drink the same number of beers, but lower alcohol.

I don't keep count. My doctor told me anything over 14/week is considered alcoholism.

I usually have two drinks of whiskey and follow that up with two beers every night.
