Because I have a compulsive personality, I’m usually engulfed by only one thing at a time. Those things periodically change. For a while it was golf. Later it was photography. Earlier in my life it was constantly studying the Bible and reading Christian books.

Booze and caffeine. I almost went out of control with antihistamines when I was younger but I got help.

Roadside emergency prep. I will buy almost anything that will provide survival on the side of the road. I have a tote in my truck with flares, tire repair kit, tools, zip ties, flash lights, jumper cables, fire extinguisher, thermal blanket, drill, and, drill bits. In the cab I have a gun, extra magazine, more flashlights, window smasher, seat belt cutter, bible, and a couple first aid kits.

As others have stated I obsess over our yard and keeping things alive. Caffeine of course.
That is another one not mentioned often but a true psychological addiction for probably 80% of people. And a thief of time and important things in life.

None. I drink coffee every morning. I cut it back to one cup recently. It’s not an addiction, though, because I could easily give that up. It falls into the category of things I do because I enjoy them but are not addictions - sex, coffee, eating, reading, browsing, LSU baseball and LSU football.
