About 10-12 was turning the damn Jack and turning the winch that holds the tire under the bed.
A floor jack and a wood block is $45 well spent.

About 20 -30 minutes and not in any hurry.
I carry a hydraulic jack and breaker bar with socket.
The truck jack and handle are too bothersome to deal with.

Depends on how big the truck is and where it is located when it has a flat. I'm not dicking with a heavy arse truck on the side of the interstate at 5 PM with 500 cars whizzing past at 90mph. That's what I pay AAA to do.
Just because I can do something, doesn't mean I am willing to do it.

on the side the road with the crappy jack and wrench that comes with the truck? 15-20 minutes. At home with a better jack and a tire iron? 5-7 minutes
Having the spare in the rear hatch well saves a bunch of time compared with the Rube Goldberg hassle on new pickups.
Hot as balls but at least I was rolling quick. Took my dress shirt off to do it, I’m surprised a Sasquatch sighting wasn’t reported.

Probably at least an hour depending on how fast road service is, I’m not changing a tire on the side of the road with idiots texting while driving passing within 2 feet of me, people get killed doing this daily.

Beat my all time record just today.
Changed both rear tire disk brake pads within the first five songs of blizzard of oz album.

AAA really is one of the best investments a person can make. One call to a locksmith or one tow pays for it. It is especially useful if you travel alot or have kids. The fact that you can use AAA even if you're with someone in their car, and they aren't on your account, helps, too.

This. Most of your time is getting the tire out and cranking the jack.
I replaced my factory jack with a hydraulic bottle jack on my truck. Much better than crancking.

I’m absolutely fricked. Bought my truck used so I don’t have the rod to stick in and lower the spare. A jack. Or a lug wrench.
I guess I need to buy this shite.
