The exterior limestone is stained so they are basically having to remove the exterior piece by piece to clean, waterproof, and replace all the windows

They didn't have OSHA back in Huey's day. It was built in 14 months, crazy as that sounds. Huey wanted it finished during his term as governor and rushed the construction.
