Was feeling like hell over the weekend and tested positive for the China virus.

Worst part about this one is burning sore throat and fluid in my ears.

How long did you baws feel bad?

Also, no idea why my previous thread asking this was whacked. Chicken and the alts feeling trigger happy.

It’s going around. My mom had it this weekend. Knocked her down for a day or so. Seems to be just a bad cold/light flu though

The fun part is the inflammation to the muscle that never gets a full break. And I ain’t referring to russel the love muscle.

I’m 1 1/2 weeks in right now and today is the first day I’ve felt any better.

I thought I was getting a cold, but then I checked the local allergy report and the pollen count is elevated. Itchy eyes and runny nose.

Edit: Pure Blood checking in

Had Delta in ‘21. Lost taste and smell. Smell is only about 20% of what it was previously.

Got the jab in ‘21 so I could get on a plane. No booster. Didn’t see the point.

Hoping to kick some of this congestion by Weds or Thurs. Have an important work event Thurs I need to attend. Bad timing. Didn’t even get to see the Tigahs win the past weekend.

The worst part lasted almost 2 weeks. The burning throat, lack of taste and fatigue was the worst.

The only thing that made my throat feel better was drinking carbonated drinks. The boiling sensation was actually pleasing.

You intentionally went and had a test? Any reason why?

I got it about 3 weeks ago. Fever, aches, overall feeling like crap. I lost my senses of smell and taste but that luckily came back within a few days. I'm two weeks removed from any symptoms and I feel fine except for constantly feeling tired and drained.

Was just trying to figure out what the heck was wrong with me and what I needed to take to make me feel better.

Sounds like you've have the shot, variants, now this... you run to the doctor every time you get a sniffle. Learn from it and take some OTC meds. It's the flu.

Same here. Never had it. Every time I’ve had a cold the last 3 years, I’ve tested negative. I’m the only one in my entire family that hasn’t had it.
