How long before there's a shortage of airline pilots?

Don't tell me that pilots don't diddle around. A few flight attendants get bold and file charges with HR, and soon they all will be reporting bad behavior. Holiday flights get cancelled, vacations get ruined, business meetings cancelled. In general, chaos. I bet airlines are nervous.

The type of woman who becomes a stewardess does it because she wants to be sexually harrassed by pilots.
Also the pilot shortage is already a thing and will get worse in a few years. Pay is already going up. The airlines will pretty much take anyone with a pulse who knows what the right side of airplane is up.

There's already a pilot shortage and it's getting worse every year. There is a massive amount of retirements over the next 10-20 years because of all the boomers retiring and there aren't many pilots coming up to replace them. Add in the growth of aviation in Asia, the Middle East, and the rest of the world and it's going to get interesting.
As a pilot I'm pretty excited, the pay is rising like crazy.

The last time I flew anywhere there was one hot off duty hostess, a couple fruits and 5* broads.
