Agreed…once you get past the language barrier, I have found them to be pretty helpful.
Being kind goes a very long way.

Based on my new daily voicemails from Vanessa at the small business unions West Coast branch..., it may already be starting

Wouldnt it better to keep the Indians so when they call in a thick accent and tell you "this is Peter", you can just hang up?

Since it is AI couldn't we just request it to begin speaking to us in an Indian accent?

I'm always polite and patient, given the language barrier.

I honestly think they used to better, overall.

They lack even basic thinking skills, and I'm over it.

I welcome AI into this space.

AI = Anonymous Indians

Same thing. You just don’t hear them. They are still doing the behind the scenes work for cheap.

I'm good with the call centers as long as they're still using real heavy accented scammers. Makes it easier to recognize the scam.

Yesterday, I got a call (went to voice mail) from "Amazon: asking me to press one if I did not approve the $1,497 purchase of a Macbook Pro. It was a robotic female voice preceded by a little sitar musical ditty.

Soon, the AI voices will begin to sound like your sister calling and you may fall for it.

I would make that a huge issue if I was Trump

The politician that solves spam calls will never lose another election.

I can’t think of another issue that affects so many people that is completely ignored by politicians.
