Posters in this board live not only all across Louisiana, but across the nation. This is not a Baton Rouge board. Not even close.
If you weren't poor you could use your smart phone or GPS watch to track your distance. Making a Track obsolete.
Were a track necessary, go to any local high school. Or even try LSU's

I used to run the tracks at a school. They also have the lakes and the levee.

I really don't see a big deal. My parents don't live anywhere near midcity, and if you leave the car parked in the street overnight, you'll get a ticket.

Most high schools won't let you use their tracks anymore. I was run off of one. Too much liability.
