after 2 rotator cuff surgeries and a bicep tenodesis about 3 yards. now my Uncle Rico can throw it about a quarter mile

I live by a playground so me and a neighbor just went out and threw about an hour ago. Chunked it 3 times. Rough average of 37 yards. Longest was 42.

It's been a long time, but I'm guessing 35 yards or so.

ETA: And that's probably once, giving it my best juice. After that I'd be lucky to do 25 or 30.

Now, I could make consistent 40 and 45 yard FGs outdoors when I was 20.

But, I also bet that I cant now. My right knee sound like gravel.
