If it's dark.

Friend took meds for poison oak and had him wired. He was mowing the yard at 2 am. Seriously thought he had discovered meth.

My apartment complex has noise restrictions between 11 PM and 7 AM. I think it's fair to expect 8 hours of peace and quiet.

frick off.

After 10 AM. I don't care how hot it is. Do it at dusk if you want. Sleeping late on weekends should be protected.

No such thing as too early. If the sun is up, get on it

Tend to agree with this. Sure Pelican would also agree that the inverse is true. If the sun is down then the music sound from parties should not be a problem.

I think there is just a common courtesy issue. Don't be an arse in the morning and I won't be an arse at night (or vice versa).

Once in a while is not an issue, and should be expected for either.

I mean yard work is still performed, and I'd rather it would be after 7 AM. Am I supposed to feel like a sucker for NOT having to mow my own grass? I don't understand.

During the week I would say anything before 6AM is too early, but if possible try to start as close to 7AM as possible.

Weekends.. 8:30ish..

Not only that... There are plant operators and other types of jobs in which people work nights.
