Salary info for these teachers, from 2018 when articles was released:
#1 - 55,000
#2 - 69,000
#3 - 73,000
All are well above the median salary for the area in which they live.

Well, dressing yourself with the dignity of a professional person would certainly improve your public image and personal pride. That improvement could result in a major improvement in your life status. They look like a bunch of losers if this is the way they dress at work.

I highly doubt any public teachers get twice the amount of private teachers.
my wife is a private school teacher and gets paid a little more than half starting salary for public in our area.

I’m calling bullshite on the part about not being able to visit a doctor. Until recently my wife worked at a school and had the same insurance as the teachers. Their insurance is far and away better than anything offered in the private sector. And that’s in Alabama.
Then why do teachers have to cook meth when they get cancer?

When I was single and making 55k it was enough to do pretty much whatever I wanted within reason. I went on multiple out of state hunts per year, beach trips, etc. I drove an affordable vehicle, didn't have a lot of debt, and most importantly I didn't knock anybody up.
