How does Shelley Meyer still have a job at OSU?

Shouldn't she have been Title XIed out of her nursing school job? Understand OSU not firing CUM for money/championships/recruiting reasons, but Urban's wife is as guilty if not more.

I agree, this whole thing stinks bad. I have not heard one talking head say that CUM should have kept his job(even ESPN). I’m sure there is something going on behind the scenes with his wife, but she is not the public figure he is.

Firing her would probably be seen as some admission by the board that there were major improprieties.

It's crazy. Out of this entire scandal, she's the one person who most obviously had to be fired due to her role as a mandatory reporter.
Yeah, she's obviously only staying on for the time being because Meyer would walk if they fired his wife. What a joke this whole thing has become. The steady drip of info coming out after the press conference has made it clear that the whole "investigation" was a ploy to buy time until public outrage died down.
