they didt do anything, its all PR moves
urban gets suspended only from standing on the sidelines for 3 games, he still is there coaching the team all week long every day all day so the only thing they did was limit his time on camera on game day for 3 games.
i seriously wouldnt be shocked to find out that he was caught calling in instructions by cell phones during the game, in fact i expect them to be finding a way to make this happen as we speak

Urban isnt going to quit over them firing his wife. Thats a ton of money to walk away from and he might not have an easy time finding another gig at a top level school for a while with the all negative PR baggage

This is incorrect. Medical professionals are required to report child abuse and elder abuse. In the case of an adult of sound mind who can go to the police themselves for their domestic issue, reporting is not mandatory.
