I'll give you a serious answer because I've dealt with crazy before.
Answer her calls. Encourage her to talk. But record those calls. Get in deph conversations going. Look at it like a job..if you are concerned it may be your future in some type of jeopardy..treat it as so.
You have to watch your own arse. This thread..isn't smart.
Talk about details that are in the news. Current things so it is stealth dated in a time frame.
Request a therapist. Say you will go with her. Do what you have to do to cover your arse until you know it's safe.

Same boat, I understand where you are coming from. Relationships are incredibly hard for me now because of it. Not only did she threaten suicide, but she lied about some serious stuff, and sent all our friends private messages that we had while in the relationship that made me look like a massive a-hole.
