If God created the earth then He can fabricate data and make dinosaur fossils look old.

Humans have an innate need for "firm ground", philosophically speaking. Unfortunately, it doesn't exist. That's why they invented religion.

Adaptation is part and parcel of evolution.
There's plenty of observable evidence of evolution at the genetic level, as evolution is the movement of allele frequencies over populations over time. I take it that you likely don't want genetic evidence, which is massive in scope, and want something you can understand. I'm guessing you want evidence of the development of new species within whatever time frame of your choosing, correct?

Science is mankind studying and trying to understand complex systems God created. I lost faith in the church as a teenager when they tried teaching that 6K garbage. I just know that's not true. I think the Bible picked up around 6K yrs ago and that there was a lot of stuff that preceded it that those folks who wrote those original scriptures down had no way of knowing about
