How do clean your body?

Both for ladies and gents. Nobody can reach every inch of your body without help from another person or a device. What do you do? Shower or bath? Morning or night? If you shower guys, is it soap in your hand and hit the hot spots or do you use a face rag or sponge of some sort. Ladies---How do clean what you clean? Shower massage attachments don't count here.
