They are a loss leader--they give their customers the munchies so they will go pig out at all the Mexican food restaurants, the owners of which also own the CBD shops. The Mexican food is where the real $$$ is made.

Cbd is big business and it does not get you high. Though i think many of these places are money laundering shops

30 years ago people dreamed of finding an alternative to smoking that didn’t kill or cause cancer, well now we have it, vapers are not dying or getting cancer, popcorn lung isn’t a real thing. oh but we don’t know the long term effects! Vaping is close to entering it’s third decade.. so if vaping is trashy, that’s ok, at least they ain’t dying of emphasyma and lung cancer.

Nope. The COVID stimulus bill essentially banned the shipment of vape products through mail back in 2021.
