Me and my old roommate were drunk, sitting around the house complaining about chicks and how we were getting tired of the whores at bars, then both decided to sign up for all the online dating sites for some reason.
The next day I realized I had paid for 6 months for eHarmony and decided to make a real profile and see what happened

Responded to a domestic violence report. Her husband had beat on her. Told myself that if I ever had a chance like that with a woman I’d marry her. 7 years later I ran across her and asked her on a date. 6 months later we got married and been married 11 years.

I was friends with my wife on Facebook in a college group. Never paid much attention to my friends list. Saw her twice in the same week randomly and she messaged me on facebook and the rest is history. Will be married for 4 years this October and have an almost 3 year old daughter.

accidentally tackled her in a co-ed flag football game. she double juked and i knocked her straight down.
completely an accident but her male teammates were ready to kick my arse, but i had fortunately dated a girl that was in the youth group of another guy on their team and he backed them off and said i was a good guy. she got pissed an walked off.
we had some classes in the same building and she eventually got over it.

well this is a retarded reason to not do it
it isn't like its an arranged marriage
the relationship grows organically, its just another tool to meet someone
meeting new people is meeting new people to me, no matter how it happens
