Yes equal parts garlic powder and pepper

Two parts ketchup
One part mayo
Worcestershire, Garlic power, Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all in a bowl together
Thats the recipe
It kinda is but it really isn't.
The problem with these sorts of sauces, even though they are simple, is for example ketchup ain't ketchup and mayonnaise ain't mayonnaise. Both of those are found in widely varying brands with significant differences in their recipes. Even if you had the exact recipe and it just specified the amounts of ketchup and mayo, the end result will vary significantly if you use Hunts or Heinz for the red stuff or Blue Plate, Kraft, or Dukes for the white stuff. This isn't even going into the brand of Worcester or the amounts of the salt and spices. Often, restaurants use brands from Sysco that we don't have direct access to.
While you can get close to a lot of FF recipes, it is almost impossible to get them exact, especially when some of the ingredients are processed foods like ketchup.

The secret is Todd Graves stole the recipe from Gutheries years ago.

I’ve driven by a Cane’s location once or twice a week for several years. Never ordered from there. (Have tried a tender or two when someone brought it to a party.)
Yet, I always read these threads because people get so worked up about Cane”s related issues. Good stuff.

The chicken is really like a sauce delivery mechanism, kinda like a tortilla chip. Not something most people would eat by themselves.
I do assume most people know you can get a drink cup full of sauce. The last one I got was $7 for the 32oz cup. If you look at the price of the Great Value chicken dipping sauce it would be over $6 for 32oz so getting the actual thing you want doesn't have much of a premium. Using quality ketchup and mayo probably would put the cost close to $5 a quart. If you are near a Cane's and want the sauce for home use the cost is pretty reasonable.

I tried Canes once in BR in about 2002, was unimpressed. Have also tried a tender at a party here and there. Ain't Popeyes. Canes is bland and for Iowan palates.
