It was 70 in my part of Michigan yesterday and today it’s 20.

50 degree difference in 1 day is insane lol. Michigan is weird tho with the lake effects but that’s still wild.

Weve gone from a brisk 26 degrees to a balmy 27 degrees today.

These temperature swings are wild.

The worst I’ve ever experienced was in Kansas. Was up there hunting and it was unseasonably warm, in the 70’s. Within the time of me getting to the stand and leaving it, the temperature dropped 50 degrees. Still to this day, I’ve never seen anything like that. And subtle brag, it was mid 70’s when I left Hawai’i last night and was about 35 degrees cooler when I got in my vehicle at DFW. Wind was howling. Luckily I had a pullover in my backpack

Meanwhile, out west....

Strong winds and heavy snow will cause extremely dangerous travel conditions, as well as downed trees & branches, & power outages. We're expecting 5-12 FEET of snow above 5000', locally higher over peaks. AVOID mountain travel this weekend, & be prepared if you live there.

That's a bit excessive when Shaq could get lost in the snow.

The west is a big place so how about filling us in just where out west.

Guess that would help.
Up in the Sierra Nevada. Another system will work in on Fri/Sat.

Moved up here for a job just over 3 years ago from Mississippi. Freaking love Iowa. Only wish gun season for deer was a little linger but other than that have loved this place!

Ours was about a 30 degree drop from 70s yesterday to 30s around noon.

I’ll bet it felt like a 40 degree drop.
