That's a lot of context with that graph

When did we learn of their decision to partner with the trans freak?

I think it’s too early to tell. But that doesn’t mean this campaign wasn’t a huge mistake, here’s why…

1. What number of people who didn’t drink Bud Light before this campaign did so because they had not yet celebrated trans/gay culture?

2. Of those people who didn’t drink Bud light for the reasons stated in point #1, how many of them will going forward start drinking Bud Light?

3. Of the people who did drink Bud Light before this pro trans/gay campaign, how many will going forward stop drinking Bud Light and instead start drinking one of their rivals?

(Let’s face it, there is nothing distinctive about the taste of Bud Light compared to other brands like Miller Lite, Coors Lite, etc. so it would not be difficult for drinkers to switch brands)

The answer to these questions is what’s going to determine the wisdom of this move.

That's also potentially a value buy in with that drop if you think the company will go unscathed.

That drop is a dollar and a half.

I don't work for Bud Lt. I don't support their strategy, but I also haven't drank Bud Lt in awhile. My point was that in the last 5 years and especially since High Noons arrived, Bud lt sales have fallen dramatically and that is probably why they are throwing ridiculous Hail Marys to save the beer. You look at all the guys who were drinking bud lts in barrooms or period 10 years ago and the majority of them either are pounding High Noons or have switched to Ultra. Bud lt on premise sales in my experience with 2 different accounts are down 75-80% in the last 5 years.

That graph could be beanie babies for all we know is my point

Nonetheless, you'd be amazed at how many people switched to Ultra thinking they were boycotting. It happened all night last Thursday in my place. Someone making a comment along the lines of not drinking the tranny bear all while handing AB their money by drinking an ultra. Americans can be dumb

Sure, it is certainly a possibility. But the core clientele of bud is not going to be ok with this move. I went to several different stores in Houston over the weekend and I tried to see if there was a difference in the amounts of beer. Let’s just say the bud was fully stocked at all locations.

They don't have enough data yet to say one way or the other. Molson is itching to see if it has affected their numbers but they are in the same boat

This may be an unintended boost for AB: Bud Light was as dead as dead can be before it became tranny fluid. The potential rush to another brand like Ultra, Corona, Miller, etc. has a good chance of being an AB beer also.

Bud Light may be the sacrificial lamb (that was on life support already) that pays dividends.

**I am in NO WAY implying that woke skeletor-looking bitch at Bud Lt. planned it this way, because she is a retard.

Way early and end of Jun financials will tell the tale, but valuation is down $4b. Will be interesting to watch over time. Biggest thing to me is if they lose having best seller in BL, thats a big deal. Early on, but will fluctuate so this is not even close to what it might be end of Jun or start of July after 2nd qtr comes out.

On March 31, Anheuser Busch had a $132.38 billion market cap

As of today, it’s now $128.4 billion

Bud light is the best selling beer in the US and has about double the market share of 2nd place. Life support?

This tells you how bad its going. If it had worked they’d be all over social media, their silence is telling:

Bud Light has been silent across all Social Media platforms since the Dylan Mulvaney brand partnership backlash erupted.

• Instagram- no posts since March 30th
• Twitter- no posts since April 1st
• Facebook- no posts since March 30th

Why is Bud Light so silent?

The Food Manufacturing Guy
@TipOfTheBanana

I looked at 1 of our bars sales of Bud Light over the last 6 weeks.

We have 6 draft lines at this location. BL is usually #1 or #2 by $ and always >30% of sales mix. Very high-volume location and last year we did >300 kegs of BL.

No comments, just info.

Here are the results:

Like anything, numbers will dip gif a bit then go right back to where they were. Too big of a brand to suffer and people have very short memories.

Still think it was an unwise decision because they had absolutely nothing to gain.

Do you know what "highest since 2015" means?

That means it is lower now than 7 years ago, when the karpenick shite started.

How many posters on here would order a Bud Light in a crowded bar? Would you dog a friend who you saw drinking one?
