How bad do you feel for guys who play golf with their wife?

Must be miserable. Golf is guy time to drink and talk about women who arent your wives.
A SO who wants to play golf is a dealbreaker.

Mine has clubs...we'll go to the range together a few times a year and she'll ride along when I know I'll be playing alone (typically on vacation) and she'll play the par 3's or something.

My wife occasionally joins me on the golf course. It's usually on vacation, and she has fun watching me play. Not really anything miserable about it.

I remember the last time we were down at Disney I was playing the Palm course and got paired up with a husband/wife combo. They were French Canadian. They were nice, barely spoke English, and were probably in their late 50's or so. Both were terrible, yet very consistent, golfers. By consistent, I mean that no matter what club they were using the ball was going to go about 75 yards, get about and 3 foot off the ground. I will give them this much though, every shot was straight. Funniest part though was they had matching flower print golf bags similar to this.
