How are gay divorces going to be litigated ?

Men dont have a leg to stand on in most divorce cases in this country. The laws are very bias towards women with alimony and such, so how are the courts going to handle two guys or two women divorcing?

Primary wage earner gets fricked.

The "bottom" takes everything, obviously.

Is this a serious question?

Basically.

Depends on the quality of the cunning litigants.

I believe the bias will shift to the Bottom in that situation.
If it's a Power Bottom, however, then that's a whole new can of worms. Power Bottoms generate most of the power.

I am interested who will get child custody in same sex marriage cases. The rest is pretty obvious to me.

This.
They add up everything, cut it in half.
If a wife and husband both make a ton of money, its a lot easier divorce for the man. Same situation.

The best interest of the child standard will continue to apply like it currently does

Don't mind these people. They choose to believe what they hear.
It is a legal preceeding when it comes to everything but children.

The one with the short hair, plaid shirt, wallet on a chain and work boots is gonna have to pay up.

On the cat walk......on the cat walk, yeah

The "power bottom" will take the position as the man and the "twink" or "twank" will take the position of the woman.

Custody.
Two women? IVF carrier holds all cards. Other woman? frick off. Unless egg donated by other woman.
Two men? Sperm shooter wins.
Straight adoption will play out like any fair divorce.
