Went with some family this past weekend to see Brooks and Dunn and had a blast, good to see Rodeo culture gaining more exposure. I know some people only come for the Carnival but regardless, pretty weather in March, country music, and a good time all around will bring people, especially in the great state of Texas.

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Houston Rodeo Season 2025 came to a close Sunday evening.
Rodeo Director of Strategic Communications Danielle Grossman said the event set an all-time attendance record with 2.7 million people "across NRG Park over the past 23 days."
According to Grossman, the event also broke 10 auction records.
The money is, in part, used to support Rodeo's historic $28 million donation to Texas youth and education programs.
More than 35,000 volunteers helped make the event possible.

I agree completely, may have been his current tour scheduling getting in the way. I saw him and Kenny Chesney back at the Rodeo in '23 both damn good shows

For the life of me, I will never understand the need for this at a GD Rodeo. Don't urban the rodeo up.
Not everything has to be tailored for everyone. If you want to come and enjoy western culture, cmon in. But nothing should be catered to your bullshite.
You don't see Luke Bryan getting invited to Jazz fest or whatever that crap is.

I went this year, as some friends who moved to Houston invited me.
Had an absolute blast. Thr people watching is absolutely top-flight.
Houston does a great job with the event, and for a city as diverse as it is, it really does unite everyone under a common culture.
Respek.
