It's about 95% pex in my current place and I think that is what saved me from a pipe burst today.

My fun continues.
Power in Spring (Cypresswood neighborhood) just went out. Fun times. Usually, I wouldn’t GAF would drink a little extra and put on some warmer clothes, but having a newborn makes this a little more stressful
