House on Old Perkins Road

Who is building the MASSIVE house on Perkins Road, between Bayou Manchac and Blue Bayou. I believe it is the 2nd lot from Bayou Manchac, as there is a smaller house between it and Bayou Manchac. It is huge, hard to imagine one family living in that thing.

Not sure how much info it will have, but try the East Baton Rouge Parish Assessor website. It should have a GIS map that will at least tell you the owner of the parcel. Or you can search the address to get the assessed value, and maybe owner information.
