Looks good from a car ride. Houses a bit closely packed like sardines. Some extraordinary and some old Oak Hills copy cats.

Yay or nay?

It looks pretty nice driving by. I've never been in the neighborhood. All of that farmland across the street will be residential or retail in 5 years.

Houses are nice , no yard. Price per square foot is way over priced for Baton Rouge but they get it all day every day

Not buying anytime soon. Thinking of 2022. Will more commercial land open up? Do they have any houses with decent yards?
