So, my question is, what's the difference between an ISP selling your browsing info and, say, Facebook selling your personal info?

I don't have Facebook. I do however need to use the Internet.

It's a House bill. Why are you angry at the Senate?

The Senate also voted on and passed this bill last week.

I don't need Facebook, Facebook doesn't charge me for its service, and Facebook isn't the sole provider of social media.

My ISP charges me for service. Will I receive break on my bill for them to sell my info? Doubt it.
