At an old job I use to get royally sexually harassed by an older lady. She had a nice rack I'd motor boat if she was in a position to help me out, but yeah got a few tushy squeezes in the elevator from time to time. Ha

Our manager rescinded a holiday today on everyone!

He forgot that half our clients were ignoring the holiday as well and I had to ask him about it!

The first powerpoint presentation I turned into my last boss, he took 5 seconds to skim thru it, dropped it on the meeting table in his office, and said "you arent ready for this. Fix it. Reschedule for tomorrow." No clue what he saw he didnt like. Thats the worse when you have no clue what to fix or his expectations.

That m'fcr put me thru the ringer for 20 months, and I definitely learned a shite ton.

Hey, at least she’s on this side of the dirt.

When I’m 50 I might still post on TD.

I had a horrible employment situation a few years ago. He basically stole the business from another person. So he always was very protective of his business practices, but in a very bad way. I could understand if it was proprietary but the work we did was not applicable.

The menial tasks we were instructed to do instead of increasing business (we weren’t allowed to talk to clients) included cleaning and painting baseboards and washing his vehicles and boat. We also had to keep our phones in a cubby within his eyesight.

Being a small company with only 6 employees, we had to threaten to quit multiple times to get anything done. We went through employees like wildfire. We were denied pay raises and per diem for out of town work because of money reasons, and then he and his wife showed up with new luxury vehicles and a $600k+ motor home. Needless to say, a few of us left and he folded shortly after. Hard to have a service business when your employees are hamstrung and aren’t allowed to cultivate relationships with clients.

ETA: This was a multimillion dollar profit company at one time.
