Solo could be lying of course, but your quoted tweet is pretty meaningless.
While I don’t doubt that Rapinoe would be a bully, I wonder where she’s “seen” it as she’s quoted as saying. If she hasn’t been with the National Team since 2016 but has heard about it, she can be called a liar for having misspoke by saying she’s “seen” it.
It’s possible she’s been around some other teams with Rapinoe besides the National Team (doubt she would be around it because she was basically fired) since 2016, but it doesn’t look like she’s played at all since that year. Has she been a coach anywhere?
Otherwise she’s probably only heard about it.

It’s possible she’s only heard about it. It’s possible that she has seen it too if she’s dropped in to the locker room for games, which I’m sure former players do often. I could be wrong though.

Right, I wouldn’t be surprised by that, but I do wonder if she’s “allowed” in the locker room after basically being forced to retire after Rio.
