If only young attractive women are hired as waitresses at this place thenhow do they avoid all the bs discrimination lawsuits?

1.) they are not all young and/or attractive
2.) I remember that was a lawsuit years ago over their practices. Hooters fought back with a big pr campaign, I don't know the final outcome, obviously hooters came out on the winning in though.

Hiring people based on attractiveness is not a form of discrimination. You're prohibited from discriminating based on race, gender, religion, age, national origin, disability, or veteran status.

They should try the "Models who serve" defense.

"Sorry, but you're not a good match for our brand."
Right to work states make it simple.

Time for one of y'all baws to sue for not hiring men.

In all seriousness, it's no different then modeling agencies and companies hiring women based upon their looks.

Which bs discrimination lawsuits are you talking about?

Not all of them are attractive.

The profits hurt when a 50 year old's breasts keep falling into every plate she serves so customers keep asking for replacements. Worse than the old thumb in the soup by far!

Hooters does hire men. They're the ones frying the wings and giving the waitresses BBC.
