Murphy Paul has the BRPD so watered down and it doesn't help that after Alton Sterling and the shootings on Airline the cops are reluctant to do anything but make an 8 hour shift these days.
In other words, it's going to take a strong leader to come in and turn things around, and Murphy Paul ain't it.

When will the Downtown crowd who put Broome in office finally do the right thing and speak out????

Or any assets - a lot of these types are really excellent at not "owning" anything for a lot of reasons. One is to keep from paying their baby mommas and another is so they can act with basically impunity, like here. They all seem to be able to come up with $10k for bond and a Charger though - surprising, I know.
I'm actually surprised that the police didn't find any drugs or illegal firearms in his car.
