At least the top 14 or 15. Jamaica and El Salvador are instructive. Jamaica banned all civilian guns in 90's when they had a 24/100,000 rate, but their homicide rate doubled.

Nelson Mandela Boulevard is an affluent and upper-class district in northern Tehran, Iran.

Crime on Nelson Mandela Boulevard in Cape Town, as indicated by recent reports, includes incidents such as the recovery of stolen cables and the detention of thieves, as well as past incidents like the tragic death of a 12-year-old boy in a car accident. While there is no overall crime report specifically for the boulevard, information suggests it is a location where various incidents, from traffic accidents to property crime, have been reported.

Sounds like a nice resort, or a casino.

Juarez does provide a lot of insight into gun control. Mexico has virtually banned civilian fire arms, but Juarez has a murder rate over 77 per 100,000. Conversely, El Paso's homicide rate hovers around 5 per 100,000.
Juarez and El Paso are sister cities separated by the Rio Grand and very much interrelated. Guns and a functional justice system are the main difference.
