Homeland security monitoring Walmart on College

Just walked out, I had to buy some stuff for my Lab tonight. Two guys looking like they were fresh out of the Matrix walk right past me with a Homeland security on their sports coats. They were walking to a unmarked 1980's looking crownvick...with all that spending democrats love to do you think they could afford some better government cars. 
ETA: they walked out of the room where security cameras were...just for clarification
